About Us
Templars was established in 1987, primarily as a property development company by Mark Gibbons and Barry Sturgeon, both are actively involved in the running of the company.
Over the last 30 years Templars has developed new sites predominantly in Kent in addition to refurbishing many listed buildings, former hotels and commercial sites. They have specialised in small boutique developments and have built over 100 new homes and converted more than 300 apartments.
